      You make your own schedule

      Cons

      Paid time off is minimal, no personal time, no sick time, 1 week vacation. Pay is based on flat hourly rate + on time (many audits r given to u already late) + of it gets thru review process first time. Too many companies to audit for to get thru

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
