Exemplary example of professionalism & Servant Leadership. Outstanding support for all team members. When there are issues or if things need to be resolved - the whole team is quick to assist/resolve. Company leadership, HR, and management are all engaged, and ready to help each employee grow in their role, and help to find new roles for growth. As a veteran run organization, Overwatch operates in a manner similar to military organizations; a highly efficient Team of Teams. At Overwatch you are known by your name and you are valued - you are not just an employee number.
Cons
None - I do not have a single thing I can pinpoint as a Con. My experience and time with Overwatch was extremely enjoyable - and I feel that the company is always striving to improve processes and they genuinely care about each member of the team.
