      My first 30 days as a Sales Director at Overwatch have been outstanding. The culture truly starts with people first, and you feel it in how leadership operates with confidence, discipline, and genuine care for the team. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, but there is consistent support—leaders are accessible, peers are eager to help, and there are real opportunities to learn, develop, and win together.
