Pros

I don't know where to start. Overwatch really does have it all. The company mission is profound and meaningful. The culture is strong and compassionate. We are in an industry experiencing long-term hyper growth. And we are putting people to work. This is shaping up to be my best job ever.

Cons

The people here are amazing. We have a bunch of people at our headquarters and after 4 years of work-from-home I love coming into the office.. But the nature of the company is to have many employees in the field with our customers. I just wish we could all be in the same place more often. The people really are amazing

Pros

My first 30 days as a Sales Director at Overwatch have been outstanding. The culture truly starts with people first, and you feel it in how leadership operates with confidence, discipline, and genuine care for the team. From day one I’ve been welcomed, included, and trusted to own strategic relationships and contribute to our mission-critical growth story. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, but there is consistent support—leaders are accessible, peers are eager to help, and there are real opportunities to learn, develop, and win together. I’m excited to build out the sales function here and be part of a purpose-driven organization that backs its people while delivering for customers in a high-impact space.

Cons

This isn't necesarily a con. But you need to be ready to go to work. This is a fast paced business model. The expectations realistic but demanding. You will be expected to commit to the mission.....as we all are.
