Despite management’s emphasis on “safety first,” many practices and expectations contradict that principle. Employees are often placed in unsafe situations or pressured to prioritize production over personal safety. The overall environment creates constant anxiety and stress, and the compensation does not reflect the level of risk or responsibility required.
