Pros

The company offers stable employment opportunities and emphasizes safety in its messaging. Benefits are decent, and the potential for overtime can appeal to those seeking extra hours.

Cons

The workplace culture is extremely toxic and untrustworthy. Teamwork is encouraged in theory but almost nonexistent in practice—employees frequently undermine one another, and collaboration is replaced by blame-shifting. Training is minimal and disorganized. There’s no consistent protocol or qualified training structure. New hires are expected to learn on the fly with contradictory guidance, leading to confusion and unnecessary mistakes. Despite management’s emphasis on “safety first,” many practices and expectations contradict that principle. Employees are often placed in unsafe situations or pressured to prioritize production over personal safety. The overall environment creates constant anxiety and stress, and the compensation does not reflect the level of risk or responsibility required.

Pros

Great place to work, great training, lots of optional overtime, a unique process that involves many types of equipment to learn about, big growth opportunities and a very promising future for this specific location

Cons

Very outdated equipment, can be more reactive focused than preventive/predictive, there's not enough management or work force to efficiently operate the whole facility at its best
