Overall, great people and Tim was an exceptional boss. He really made a point to check in with me to see how my projects were going and make sure I felt that I was gaining something useful out of my experience there. I came in with no industry experience but my supervisors knew I was smart and could still put in useful work all while asking questions and learning along the way.
They also had a great team culture. We would all go out to lunch together once a week and once a month they would have a more social outing (in December we took the Caltrain from San Mateo to SF and went to a cool bowling place right next to AT&T Park). We also had homemade breakfast in the office almost every Friday! It was definitely a fun environment.
Cons
There were definitely limitations to things about the company that I could understand / work on, but I think if I was there for longer, then the situation would be different.
