Pros
- help small business owners be successful and thrive - great people and culture, people are collaborative, friendly, and just grateful to be here, from the CEO (Adam Guild) down - plenty of meaningful problems to solve. We're still a relatively small company, so there are plenty of opportunities to make an outsized impact - most teams are fully remote, so we are very supportive of remote culture for those we prefer it - business is doing great!
Cons
- we have a (new) office in San Francisco, but most teams are fully remote, which may not be a fit for people who prefer more in-person interactions - the company is currently in a growth phase, which comes with growing pains, especially around figuring out how to streamline our working processes and how to pay back the technical debt we've built up. People joining at this phase will need to navigate some of the chaos while we figure it out. You'll need to be adaptable and be willing to help with the effort. If you prefer everything laid out for you cleanly so that you can just focused on work for your assigned role, this may not be the right time to join
