Pros
Loved the fact that my job was very general, and covered a breadth of responsibilities Very friendly office environment, with many perks extended to all employees. Many office events including outings, charity drives, barbecues, etc. There are some exciting days where you have to use skills you never thought you had to use. You never know what you're going to see every day. In particular, I approve of Oxford's growth management. There is a company-wide focus on creating safe, sustainable growth, while diversifying the portfolio to capitalize on the best opportunities at a low risk premium.
Cons
Office procedures may be bureaucratic, but this is one of the defining features of any large organization with many layers of management. Overall, I did not experience any negative aspects which were not inherent to the nature of my position.
