Pros

You get a lot of valuable experience. You basically teach your own class for 4 hours. On long days you have a speciality that you teach to all students. Plenty of opportunity to create your own events and get more experience. Overall very fun experience.

Cons

Not enough hours and little room for growth.

Cons

Being here on time, every scheduled shift, is non-negotiable. If you want a job where your work-life balance can be a priority or you want to be online all day this may not be for you.
