- never felt like a stable job with the city budget instability - expensive healthcare plans that the cafeteria fund funded about 50% of for the employee; much more expensive for a family - a lot of waste seen in the city with people doing very little in their jobs - administrative staff not being appreciated - interns paid more than employees
