Pros
Large customer base, on the job training for grads, mostly nice and hardworking employees. Company is weathering the downturn in oil prices.
Cons
After years of effort, CEO does not walk the talk of creating a collaborative, healthy culture. A cash cow, P2 needs to find a way to innovate, utilizing its best and brightest, or lose everything to smaller/agile companies. Risk adverse investing has still led to a number of flop acquisitions.
