Pros

Because it's a large company, it looks nice on a resume if you can stomach it for two years. Good luck!

Cons

Was happy to see I wasn't the only one seeing the negatives when I checked glassdoor, so I'll simply echo many of the other reviews: Top management turns over frequently and is only concerned w/ making it to the next job. In my year at P2, they lost the CFO, Dir of Marketing, VP of Business Ops, VP of HR & I am pretty sure I'm missing at least 1. While I never traveled to Denver, my understanding is that the CEO is rarely in the office. When travelling to Houston multiple times, rarely 20% of the office is there. Ghost town. Chance to advance? Nope. Upper-mid Management is hired from outside not only the company, but outside the technology space, which means long ramp up and little understanding of basic process (not even p2 specific process). For a company that considers themselves in the software development space, a complete lack of understanding around product development, what that costs in terms of human hours/body count, process from concept to deployment, and user experience. No communication or collaboration between business units. Completely fractured and disfunctional. Incredibly wasteful spending on company events, while refusing to spend on marketing/advertising/inside sales. Salaried employees must submit timesheets every week. The last time I had to do that was as a bartender 15 years ago.
