Pros
Sometimes they would order pizza to incentive us to skip our personal lunch hour so we could sit through training.
Cons
Mandatory 50+ hour work weeks. You would be passive-aggressively asked what big plans you had the previous week if you were only at 45 hours. Mind you we all know the secret of never taking a lunch so you could automatically stack those 5 hours. They hire entry-level employees who have absolutely no business working for them. The staff consists of one person who knows what they're doing and 2 partially retired men who have 30+ experience and know what they're about.
