We could not agree more! The open work area concept can be distracting at times and we are working to establish more work areas and desks for staff to focus on the work at hand when needed. Finding a balance between creativity and consistency is a challenge. Creative solutions are always encouraged but deliverables to the client should follow consistent firm/brand guidelines. With our Incubator and Dev teams, we%E2%80%99re always looking for ways to improve our designs and processes. We encourage you to participate in these meetings if you aren%E2%80%99t already.
