Good work life balance on the surface level, free snacks, hybrid schedule, half day Fridays, brilliant people working here
Cons
Ever since Legence bought it out and private equity got involved, completely downhill. It’s very corporate and my way or the highway dynamics. Pressure from upper management trickles down but there’s no clarity on success, unrealistic expectations, and everyone’s lying about their relationships, pipeline forecasts
