Providers and senior leadership not accountable for anything Understaffed Underpaid Toxic work environment No support from corporate Leniency depending on if who likes you Favoritism Providers have too much power in operations and no one holds them accountable Senior management not helpful in clinic settings Managers are lazy and get away with barely doing anything Directors are not held accountable for anything Managers constantly hounding team mates about time and attendance but Managers showing up and leaving whenever they want

Everyone seems nice Office Is quiet and feels safe Ice/ Coffee Machine Work Makes Day go by quickly Option to work from home/ Hybrid Dedicated Space to Work Designated Parking Team lead is knowlegable and Funny Option to work overtime/ Holidays/ Weekends

Cons

No way to accurately track my time/hours The desks are really close together so If I make any noise I feel too loud. Short Chair vs. Long legs Poor communication between different levels and groups So many people to meet, especially when some people are at home this day, but back that day, but out on PTO. Its hard to follow who is on which team doing what.
