They can be flexible, some people can work from home.

Cons

My first review has been pending for 7 months. -Pay awful and barely give anything for raises. -Favoritism -Empty promises -I've seen them switch people's jobs suddenly, then send them a "job offer" to sign...not that it's any difference in money. I'm assuming their way of not firing and having to pay unemployment. -Double standards -Employees worried about job security and downsizing

Everyone seems nice Office Is quiet and feels safe Ice/ Coffee Machine Work Makes Day go by quickly Option to work from home/ Hybrid Dedicated Space to Work Designated Parking Team lead is knowlegable and Funny Option to work overtime/ Holidays/ Weekends

Cons

No way to accurately track my time/hours The desks are really close together so If I make any noise I feel too loud. Short Chair vs. Long legs Poor communication between different levels and groups So many people to meet, especially when some people are at home this day, but back that day, but out on PTO. Its hard to follow who is on which team doing what.
