The company is growing at a rapid pace which is generating many new opportunities for current and potential employees.
Cons
Incredibly high turnover due to incompetent managers, unrealistic expectations and outdated management styles. Employees typically "work for" rather than "work with" their managers. Employee opinions and/or suggestions are rarely, if ever, taken seriously. Status quo is the new superstar approach. Working people 7 days a week is the norm now just as it was when the company was founded in 1975. As revenue grows, head count shrinks and responsibilities soar.
