They do not give raises no matter how long you have been working with the company. They do not pay you if they chose to close a site due to weather you must use your own sick time. If there are less applicants you will have no hours… this is not an exaggeration you will only work one day a week for 5 hours until it picks back up. How can you maintain paying your bills with no hours but they don’t care. During covid we were forced to use all of our PTO they gave us an extra 20 hours but then took it back. Biometric Technicians are essential to the immigration process but we are treated like garbage.
