      Pay is not bad compared to some of the other contract companies; however, it could be better— especially with the increased workload & extended hours.

      Upward mobility & Remote opportunities are limited or nonexistent.

      Pros

      It was immensely rewarding participating on projects from start to finish.

      Cons

      Location was not my favorite. One way in, one way out, causes traffic getting on and off base. Base police are strict.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
