      Pros

      The people - all employees seem vested on their roles and genuinely care about their work product.

      Cons

      Biggest issue is the right hand doesn't know what the left hand does. There do not appear to be universal procedures and processes, which creates chaos and corresponding email chains that (go on for months in some instances) in attempt to get issues resolved.

      Pros

      It was immensely rewarding participating on projects from start to finish.

      Cons

      Location was not my favorite. One way in, one way out, causes traffic getting on and off base. Base police are strict.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
