Poor Management - Contract Specialist PAE Employee Review

The company does not advocate for the people they employ. They are more concerned about keeping their Gov't contact with the client , with very little regard for its employees' work environment and overall well-being. I mean, I don't understand why you can't tend to both the contract and its employees. I should have suspected something in the beginning when, for two weeks I couldn't get in touch with anyone from HR to confirm my start date! Because Just one thing after another. Upper, middle management are disorganized - to say the least. You are overworked and underpaid. It's difficult to get promote unless you know someone.
