      There are few if any pros. Can't think of any.

      Cons

      Benefits are not great. Pay distribution is extremely unfair and much too low for most. Organizational setup promotes bad work and pushes good employees out.

      Pros

      It was immensely rewarding participating on projects from start to finish.

      Cons

      Location was not my favorite. One way in, one way out, causes traffic getting on and off base. Base police are strict.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
