      Job Security Easy to negotiate vacation and sick leave Had good benefits for employees and their families

      Cons

      No upwards mobility that I could see. It felt that the field I was in was very stagnant with a manager that had little to no clue what he was doing.

      Pros

      It was immensely rewarding participating on projects from start to finish.

      Cons

      Location was not my favorite. One way in, one way out, causes traffic getting on and off base. Base police are strict.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
