Cool products and the people in the mid-management and entry-level jobs work hard. The new CEO and CFO are trying hard, and they are generally turning the Titanic in the right direction. The new VP of Marketing is a good guy, and he is overworked and spread too thin. He could do well with more support Pays well compared to other companies in the cannabis industry.
Cons
The board of directors is incompetent. No matter how hard the CEO or any employee works, the board will always be a hindrance to PAX. They turn over CEOs and C-Suite members like dogs chew through toys. The board does not have a ton of cannabis experience, which is a limiting factor. No focus on the consumable division and support for the sales team. Not enough marketing support to assist the entire company.
