-Equity -Opportunity to work remote -Great product

Cons

-Not all employees are treated equally -Not compensated fairly or given correct titles -No company direction -Overworked Recently went through a RIF and let go of 20% of the company. Employees are leaving every day due to the toxic work environment. Under-staffed in most states and expected to operate way above pay grade. No direction from leadership. A dictator like management style. No concern for employees well being and livelihood. lost transparency and company culture after new CEO - LD Segi took over.

I’ve had a really positive experience working here. From day one, everyone has been welcoming and helpful, and I’ve always felt supported by my team. The people are great to work with, and there is a strong sense of connection across the company. I’ve also had opportunities to learn, grow, and take on projects that have a clear purpose.

Cons

Things can move quickly, so priorities may shift from time to time. It keeps the work interesting and provides opportunities to learn.
