Pros

There's been a really exciting energy at the company with a new CEO, new products and new leadership! Having a leader that believes in people first and who has experience in hardware has been a breath of fresh air. We were going through it for a while but things feel stable for the first time in a long time and we finally have direction and momentum. PAX has always had a team of talented and passionate people, it feels good to have more support from leadership and have things to look forward to.

Cons

Cannabis industry is crazy, uncertainty with whether tariffs will impact our revenue/operations.

I’ve had a really positive experience working here. From day one, everyone has been welcoming and helpful, and I’ve always felt supported by my team. The people are great to work with, and there is a strong sense of connection across the company. I’ve also had opportunities to learn, grow, and take on projects that have a clear purpose.

Cons

Things can move quickly, so priorities may shift from time to time. It keeps the work interesting and provides opportunities to learn.
