Pros

Company culture is flexible and salaries are competitive. The previous CEO was not at all invested and a lot of good people left because of his disinterest / chaotic direction. The current company feels like a different one than hired me. It's much more unified and is a positive place to work. The turnover rate has dropped significantly.

Cons

Growth within the company is a challenge because everyone is so specialized. There are less opportunities for advancement until the company grows. The industry overall is an uphill battle.

I’ve had a really positive experience working here. From day one, everyone has been welcoming and helpful, and I’ve always felt supported by my team. The people are great to work with, and there is a strong sense of connection across the company. I’ve also had opportunities to learn, grow, and take on projects that have a clear purpose.

Cons

Things can move quickly, so priorities may shift from time to time. It keeps the work interesting and provides opportunities to learn.
