New leadership in many areas has really helped galvanize the team There's more structure to the product roadmap and less chasing the newest shiny thing Most team members are super smart, really motivated and very collaborative Decisions are being made based on in-depth data Competitive compensation and good benefits

Cons

The team is very lean, most folks wear multiple hats and there's always more work to do

I’ve had a really positive experience working here. From day one, everyone has been welcoming and helpful, and I’ve always felt supported by my team. The people are great to work with, and there is a strong sense of connection across the company. I’ve also had opportunities to learn, grow, and take on projects that have a clear purpose.

Cons

Things can move quickly, so priorities may shift from time to time. It keeps the work interesting and provides opportunities to learn.
