The only reason to work here is for financial reasons.
Cons
It’s a really unpleasant environment. Very little training provided. It’s a sink or swim type group. HSE is not respected here. Don’t bother working here if you aren’t a chemical or mechanical engineer (you won’t have any respect). There are very few job transfer duty checklists. It’s difficult to figure out who to trust. Very unstable.
