Pros

Benefits, flexible timing, good pay, lots of social events

Cons

Unorganised work, managers don't know what they want, and also don't know about basic everyday tools used in the company, lack of support, and basic training.

Pros

You get to meet a few people while you are at the storage place. If you don't like working where you have to talk to a lot of people, then this is perfect, because you can work your route alone.

Cons

When you get a complaint, it's like you just didn't deliver 6 1/2 papers. And don't get me started on when you get wet paper complaint. Also, it does sometimes get lonely, even if you like working alone.
