Pros

Strong comissions. Employee healthcare and large employee discounts on their pcs. On the job training was quite extensive and paid, though it did eat into time you could spend earning comissions.

Cons

Pay is not good if you dont hit bonus targets, and most people I knew didnt hit them ever. Sales methodology is high pressure, which doesnt work well for alot of people.

Pros

Upper management communicates well and makes time to listen to issues when you let them know. Work hours are great and as long as there is communication ownership is flexible. Owner ship also is very easy to approach

Cons

As management there are times when they need to get ahold of you after hours. This can be difficult to manage boundaries between work and personal life. The internal systems are all custom which can present frustrating issues at times but is a minor con.

Pros

Great way to gain experience in the IT world

Cons

Disjointed leadership, poor compensation, lack of support from leadership when issues occur. Assistance with location improvements were conditional to sales. If you aren't selling, you don't matter when the chips are down.
