Pros

The Environment at PC Laptops is absolutely amazing there are some really amazing people that you work with in stores. Once you get an understanding for the pay structure the commissions are endless up to your current potential

Cons

Extremely High Turnover. People move in and out of the stores every 5-6 months and customers see it as well. Sometimes I feel the attitude of the company is either sink or swim. Sales Managers have more power then store managers.

Pros

Upper management communicates well and makes time to listen to issues when you let them know. Work hours are great and as long as there is communication ownership is flexible. Owner ship also is very easy to approach

Cons

As management there are times when they need to get ahold of you after hours. This can be difficult to manage boundaries between work and personal life. The internal systems are all custom which can present frustrating issues at times but is a minor con.

Great way to gain experience in the IT world

Cons

Disjointed leadership, poor compensation, lack of support from leadership when issues occur. Assistance with location improvements were conditional to sales. If you aren't selling, you don't matter when the chips are down.
