Pros
Pclaptops is a great company to work for, as long as you put in the effort. I started at the entry level position, applied myself and have been promoted 4 times. There is always a path to move forward and better yourself in this company. No company runs perfectly, and this one is no exception, but they do strive to be better and learn from mistakes, I feel this is all I can ask for out of an employer. Dan Young becomes more then a boss, he becomes a mentor. Dan has really helped to shape my mentality; he has helped me better understand money and how to make it work for me. He will talk to us about stocks, crypto, and freely gives this investing advice to his employees. He also is concerned about our physical and mental states. He is always talking about how we can grow and better ourselves in these areas. This is by no means an easy job, there are some late nights, long hours, difficult customers, and high goals. Most people I have seen leave did not want to work hard, or got complacent, comfortable, and unwilling to adapt. overall great place to grow, learn about money, and achieve. Before I worked here I Ran a business of my own for 10 years. I had to shut the doors on that business, and at the time I was feeling like a monumental failure. I had subconsciously given up, I started looking for a job as a stocker at Walmart, this being all I thought I was qualified for. I herd a Pclaptop’s add, thought ok I have experience with computers maybe I could be a tech there. After getting the entry level job it was made clear to me I could advance, with effort. Now I earn more than I ever have in my life, but more then that I am being educated on how to make good decisions with that money. I get to help people all day with their tech, take care of what people need, and remove frustrations from their lives. It’s a good paying job, it benefits our customer greatly, and Dan is an amazing person to work for.
