      Good pay, average holidays, clear pay scale, clear progression system, optional gym membership refund, boot refund, easy uniform,

      Cons

      Shift is based on supervisors temperament, and pushed to go real fast, and all other factors are not mentioned unless you forget one then they point the finger. Schedule changes a lot, and frequent mandatory overtime. Lots of technical rules that can catch you with your pants down.
