Cons
No training provided, company throw you on the floor and let you figure out how to train and teach yourself about those machines. Co workers are mean,rude,horrible and uncooperative to work with,they don't share the knowledge ,they won't help you to get adapted to the new work environment. Co workers don't speak English in front of you so you don't know what's going on. Alot of favoritism from the machine operators towards existing employees in training vs new hire employee in training in terms of functionality of machines and how to operate them,so don't expect to learn anything from them. If you're newly hired to this company don't expect too much from the management and don't aim too high keep your expectations low so that you don't get shoked. It's a toxic work environment , please stay away. They will work you to death.
