      Above average pay and benefits. Endless progression opportunities. I feel valued and appreciated and properly compensated for my role.

      Cons

      Long hours during outages, pay raises have not kept up with inflation recently. Some inexperienced people in management.

      - Design work is fun - Nice management and sales team - Get to be creative once in a while
