Could Be Better - Production Planner PCA Employee Review

Very high performance demand with no guidance or leadership from upper management. Long hours expected with no work life balance or appropriate compensation. No performance incentives offered. Equal annual percentage based raises across the board no matter the employees job performance. Communication between departments is terrible that could be improved with proper training.
