Pros
Satisfied with insurance options, recently increase available PTO for its employees, 401k company match is decent, my site does not require more than 40 hours per week for admin employees (most of us seem to work 45-50 hours during busy times)
Cons
PCA does not pay as much as some of its competitors, but I believe that's the tradeoff for not being required to work 50-60 hours per week or travel frequently.
