Pros

Solid corporation. Always improving. Great benefits. Resources are beyond comparison to competition

Cons

Too much silo. Opinion - ability to pivot, at any level, is not nimble enough to stay competitive in down cycles. Not a US company (there is at least a US HQ) so essentially all decisions and processes come from Canadian leadership.

Management position definitely play favorites, pay for amount of work lacks and ESOP is not good.
