Pros
The stock dividends more than make up for the mediocre salaries. Having an employee Owned Company is great for moral. 3 weeks standard vacation when you start. There are multiple districts across the US and Canada
Cons
Work/Life balance is not always the greatest. When jobs are in full swing quite a few hours are expected from employees. If the work slows in one district you could be asked to move yourself and your family to another. That can be good or bad.
