Awesome company - best in class! - Anonymous employee PCL Construction Employee Review

PCL is a big company with a small company feel which allows individual contributors to make a big impact in the organization. I feel supported and valued by district management and corporate management. The company offers great benefits but the one that is most important to me is the employee ownership. I like that we, the employees, have a vested interest in the success of the company. I've worked in construction for a long time and this is the first company that offered ownership to employees at every level not just the high-level operational employees. The inclusive ownership model creates a team environment so everyone is always looking for ways to do our work better and improve our services.
