If you enjoy challenges and opportunity, work here. If you enjoy being a nine to fiver, collecting a pay check and a dividend payout AND fear being held accountable, continue airing your grievances on social media sites.
Cons
A recent review on GlassDoor paints an inaccurate, negative picture of PCL and BT. I have been in BT as an analyst for but a few short years. Negative comments about the CIO I have heard are made by staff who are long term employees with many shares, an axe to grind, a fear of change, and a strange notion of entitlement. Rather than offering constructive ideas, they continue to complain and do nothing more than collect their pay, bonus and dividends, year after year. I am fortunate to work at PCL and in the Business Technology group. The CIO has provided his staff opportunity that I, personally, want to seize.
