      Employee owned company so the shares that I have purchased pay yearly dividends, which almost compensates for a lesser salary.

      Cons

      PCL is too big, so the little people get lost in the shuffle.

      Work life balance was good. Some coworkers were good

      Cons

      Management position definitely play favorites, pay for amount of work lacks and ESOP is not good.
