      Pros

      Excellent culture, PCL absolutely cares for its employees. There is a focus on work life balance and health and wellness. Although the pace can be fast there is also flexibility from management to offset that.

      Cons

      The only con is that the company needs to upgrade systems to improve internal efficiencies.

      Pros

      Work life balance was good. Some coworkers were good

      Cons

      Management position definitely play favorites, pay for amount of work lacks and ESOP is not good.
