      Great diversified company with good benefits. Large scale projects and one of the largest construction management company in Canada and US

      Cons

      No downsides apart from working in a large organization and you might feel lost in the beginning but will accelerate and shine when time pass, especially when you start young

      Work life balance was good. Some coworkers were good

      Cons

      Management position definitely play favorites, pay for amount of work lacks and ESOP is not good.
