Great benefits, awesome ESOP program, good bonuses. Generally Ethical and do up hold their mission statement as Construction Professionals Good Culture and community Work week is 40-60 for PE's and PM's which is good for the industry, Rarely Sat. & Sun. work Most of the time management "Gets it"
Cons
Base Salary below competition but after several years bonuses and ESOP make up for it Maybe? Can be political as any large Co. if you find yourself outside political it's best to leave. If you are asked to transfer and you say no you will be fired, in most cases. They will probably transfer you at some point, unless you are a Management favorite.
