Pros
Sometimes you feel like you get paid enough for all the work you do , does offer benefits, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays and on occasions employer supplied lunches/snacks. They make you feel appreciated like 5 days out of the year.
Cons
Basically everything. Everyone talks behind everyone’s back in the office environment. Supervisors are absolutely two faced and it’s very obvious favorites play a role in how they treat their employees. They turn their heads to a lot of things they shouldn’t and have lost a lot of hard working employees due to that fact.
