Pros
PCNA has a lot of resources and invests in a lot of sales tools - marketing, samples, training and product development. Great reputation in the industry.
Cons
PCNA micromanages their employees. If you want a company to dictate exactly how to do your job, that's fine. But if you want to do your job to the best of your ability and leverage your unique skillset and draw from your experience, this company may not be a fit for you. Management also plays favorites. It doesn't matter how hard you work if you aren't part of the "in" crowd.
