Cons
soul sucking atmosphere, work 56-58 hours a week including weekends. Management has zero concern of the well being of employees, just want to make a buck. Outsource Indian employees for cheap labor, communications between them and customers is terrible. In house employees are then left to clean up the messes, angry customers.
